GEN. TRIAS CITY, Cavite — Authorities are investigating the death of a man believed to be a victim of hazing after he was left at a hospital in this city and later died from his injuries.
According to police reports, the unidentified victim was brought to General Trias Medical Center by individuals riding a Mitsubishi Mirage bearing plate number NAV 9489.
