A 46-year-old man was stabbed to death inside a computer shop in Tondo, Manila, on Monday, April 13, 2026.
The victim, identified as Jhon Jhon Bacolod y Saturnino, was rushed to Gat Andres Hospital but pronounced dead on arrival.
According to witnesses, the suspects, Jeffrey Saludar y Baccay, 49, and Jefferson Baccay y Salud, 25, suddenly appeared and stabbed Bacolod without any apparent reason.
The suspects immediately fled the scene, carrying the weapon used.
Renalyn Bacolod y Lozada, the victim’s sister, witnessed the incident and provided the police with the suspects’ identities.
The police, led by PMSg Jay J Valenzuela, are conducting a follow-up operation to apprehend the suspects.
PMSg Roderick Magpale of the MPD Homicide Section was notified and took cognizance of the case. The investigation is ongoing.
The suspects are still at large, and the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
