It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of Sandy Tan, a former office mate and a dear friend whose presence became a meaningful part of my life both in the Philippines and in New York, USA.
Sandy was more than just a colleague. We first shared the workplace here in the Philippines, and our friendship continued even after our paths brought us to New York. Being able to work with Sandy in two different places and chapters of our lives created memories that I will always treasure.
Sandy will be remembered for the moments we shared, the conversations, the laughter, and the simple memories that made our time together special. Though distance and circumstances may have changed over the years, the friendship remained something I will always value.
It is difficult to say goodbye to someone who has been part of your journey in more than one place and at different stages of life. Sandy’s passing leaves a void among family, friends, and colleagues who had the privilege of knowing and working with Sandy.
Thank you, San, for the friendship, the memories, and the time we shared here in the Philippines and in New York.
May you rest in eternal peace. You will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
My heartfelt condolences to Sandy’s family and loved ones. May God give them strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, San.
You will always be remembered.
