
MANILA — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has concluded the sale of the last four luxury vehicles linked to the Discaya couple, marking the full disposal of all 13 seized units through negotiated sales.
The latest transactions, completed Tuesday, involved high-end vehicles including a 2022 GMC Yukon XL Denali, a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, a 2022 Maserati Levante Modena, and a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali, collectively earning more than ₱12 million.
With this, the agency confirmed that the entire fleet of confiscated vehicles tied to Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya has now been fully sold.
In total, the government generated ₱114,744,884.15 from the disposal of the seized assets, which will be remitted to the Bureau of the Treasury.
BOC Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said the successful liquidation underscores the agency’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficient asset management.
He noted that the negotiated sale is part of ongoing efforts to properly handle forfeited goods and maximize public revenue in line with customs rules and procedures.
