MANILA — A high-value target and an alleged street-level drug pusher were arrested during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bagumbayan, Muntinlupa City.
Police identified the suspects only by their aliases: “Archie,” 29, and “Leo,” 45. The two were apprehended during an anti-drug operation conducted before dawn.
Recovered from the suspects were six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, two marked ₱500 bills used as buy-bust money, and a plastic pouch containing suspected drug residue.
Authorities said the confiscated illegal drugs weighed around 65.5 grams with an estimated street value of ₱41,800.
The suspects are facing charges for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The arrested individuals were brought to the Station Drug Enforcement Unit for proper documentation and filing of charges.
