MUNTINLUPA CITY — The Muntinlupa City Health Office (CHO) conducted a free tubal ligation and vasectomy outreach program Monday at the Alabang Market as part of its Service Outreach and Distribution Extension Program (SODEX).
The services were delivered through the city government’s Hospital Bus, bringing family planning procedures closer to residents.
The program was carried out with the support of Mayor Ruffy Biazon, who has backed initiatives promoting informed family planning and responsible parenthood among Muntinlupa residents.
