
MANILA – Several areas of the Philippines will continue to see light rainfall as the northeast monsoon remains active, according to the Philippine weather agency.
PAGASA’s early morning bulletin at 4 a.m. indicated that Bicol, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Dinagat Islands will be under cloudy skies with occasional light rain.
Elsewhere, Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy weather with isolated light showers.
Maritime conditions will be rough, with strong winds affecting Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, as well as the Visayas. Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas are expected over eastern Mindanao, while the rest of Mindanao will experience lighter winds and calmer seas.
