MANILA — Consumers are facing higher fuel costs again as oil companies prepare to implement fresh price increases starting June 9.
Seaoil, in its latest advisory, said diesel will rise by ₱5.77 per liter, while gasoline prices will increase slightly by ₱0.30 per liter.
Kerosene will see the biggest jump at ₱8.10 per liter, reflecting ongoing pressure from international oil market movements.
The adjustments follow recent fluctuations in global crude prices driven by geopolitical uncertainties, particularly in the Middle East.
Other fuel companies are expected to announce their own price changes within the week.
