MANILA — Fuel consumers may see another round of relief at the pump on April 28, as diesel prices are projected to go down by as much as P10 per liter.
An industry estimate on Thursday showed diesel may drop by P8 to P10 per liter based on current trading trends.
Gasoline prices are expected to stay flat or increase slightly by around P1 per liter.
The expected rollback would be the third straight week of price cuts, following earlier spikes triggered by tensions in the Middle East that pushed oil prices higher since late February.
Recent developments in global diplomacy, including ceasefire talks involving key international players, have helped stabilize oil markets and ease price pressures.
